We can’t accuse MILEY CYRUS of leaving us in the dark as to why she canceled her Twitter feed.

She has written a lengthy blog . . . and a RAP SONG . . . to explain.

In her blog, she says, quote, “Some things in my life need to stay in my life only and not on some gossip site.

“I never want any of my fans to feel like I don’t love them or care about them BUT, sharing the same love and respect for me I need to have the space to grow as a person and make some mistakes.

“I need to be able to live and learn in private. I never want to quit entertaining it is my life, my love, and my passion but I can’t have my personal life be other people’s entertainment.”

Miley adds that we could all probably use a little less time on the Internet . . . especially her young fans.

She says, quote, “I just think kids all over the world could maybe take a little vacation from Cyberspace.
My problem with the Internet is it makes negativity so available.

“It allows people to anonymously hurt others without any consequences. That is not the real world. Not only that, but if we spent more time enjoying what we are doing besides tweeting about it, we would enjoy our lives a whole lot more.

“I have very little free time and the moments that I do have I should be spending with my family and friends and loving every minute of their company.”

Also, Miley would like you to please NOT hate on her “friend”, LIAM HEMSWORTH . . . who helped her realize Twitter was a waste of time.

She says, quote, “Liam is a wonderful friend and he did not try to make me delete my page, he just helped me realize how much time I was wasting on that site.”

According to the St. Petersburgh Times, the South Eastern Conference sent a new media policy to its 12 schools and, while all conferences have restrictions on members of the media, this one puts restrictions on the fans! And it all comes down to money.

ESPN and CBS have paid $3 billion combined for rights to broadcast games over the next 15 years and the conference is trying to limit competition by limiting other real-time access to the games – like through a fan’s Twitter and Facebook pages.

Therefore, no fans at the games will be allowed to update their Twitter feeds during games, no pictures can be taken with phones and uploaded to Flickr or Facebook and no videos can be uploaded to YouTube.

Have you ever read something and it sent chills down your spine?

When I saw this tweet from now deceased former welterweight champion Vernon Forrest I felt sick.

My first thought was maybe it was just one of those fake twitter pages.

A lot of people start accounts under celebrities or athletes names just because they don’t have anything better to do.

The page does not have a lot of followers (only 242 at the time I am writing this) so my first thought was it was a fake until I saw a tweet from July 23rd.

I will not post the picture associated with the Tweet, but it stated:

That is when it got really eerie because as we know now it was his god son that was in the car with him when he was murdered.

One of the best ways to tell a fake Twitter page from a real one is the ability of the “real” person to post pictures that obviously a fake could not.

As someone who has experienced a lot of Déjà vu in his lifetime, I do not dismiss the power of the subconscious mind.

Maybe it was his mind warning him of what was to come or maybe it was just a freak coincidence either way it is very weird.

RIP Vernon I really wish this was a dream that didn’t come true.

By now it’s all over the internet that Charles Hamilton is crediting J Dilla as an executive producer on his upcoming debut album. Myself and various others were taken back by such a bold move and commented on it on everyone’s favorite social networking site [Twitter]. Charles had issue with our comments and requested people’s phone numbers to contact them personally. I gave him mine.

IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT AFTER THIS CONVERSATION, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE J DILLA FOUNDATION HAS NOT EXISTED FOR SOME TIME.

I only say anything about you in a public forum when I feel it’s something ridiculous like crediting Dilla as an executive producer of your album.

If you don’t know my relationship with Ma Dukes, proceeds from my album are going towards the J Dilla Music Foundation, which is basically a temple. My issue is, if you don’t know all the details of it and simply are putting out negativity about me and what it is I’m doing, especially since I actually have a very good relationship with Phat Kat and everybody else involved, especially since I was in the studio with Pete Rock when he was mastering the Jay $tay Paid album. Do you really want to put such negative energy out there on a public forum?

Outside of you supposedly giving proceeds of the album to the J Dilla foundation, I think this is a publicity stunt, in some way, shape or form.

Nah, but see you didn’t ask a question, you simply stated what you thought was a fact. So what I’m trying to tell you is, upon asking Ma Dukes, or Illa J, or even his daughter, you don’t know how close to the family I am. The Hamilton family and the Yancey family have a very good relationship, so I just want you to be clear on that. The next time you want to make a statement or anything about me, do realize that I’m the type of person that will ask for your number and call you.

CHINA BLOCKS TWITTER!!!

BEIJING – The Chinese appeared to have issued their last Tweets today, after the government shut down the popular social networking service along with other websites as part of a broad-based clampdown in the lead-up to this week’s 20th anniversary of the bloody Tiananmen Square massacre

Twitter users found their service blocked off in China late this afternoon, along with Hotmail and the popular photo sharing network Flickr.

Michael Anti, one of China’s best known bloggers, had predicted last week that the popular network’s days were numbered.

“I just hope that it’s just a temporary thing for the government to deal with June 4,” he said in an email. “I hope it can be revived after.”
