JAY-Z DISCUSSES BEEF WITH T-PAIN, HIS ATHLETIC ABILITY AND CLEARS UP CHRIS BROWN BET RUMORS

T-Pain says he wasn’t really trying to diss anybody with his “F** Jay-Z” rant the other night in Vegas.* T-Peezy claims he was just trying to get Hov’s attention! T-Pain appeared on a radio show and said he had been trying to get at Jay-Z for two months because he felt disrespected after Jay-Z performed “DOA” at the “Summer Jam” concert in New York last June.

T-Pain explained, quote: “It was really just me trying to get his attention like ‘Yo, please call me because I’ve been trying to call you for two months now.’ I just wanna know, if you doing it for publicity, fantastic, and I’ll do it with you — just like 50 and Kanye, them dudes are fans. When they wanted to put it out as beef, to make it interesting, they acted like they hated each other — I’m definitely cool with Jay. I bugged out that day. It was people in the crowd saying ‘Jay-Z destroyed you.’

He did clear up yesterday and I feel a lot better. Neither him or I have the time to be going through this beef crap man. I’m a fan of Jay-Z and Ima always be a fan of Jay-Z, me and Fab talked today, he apologized, he said it was stupid on his part — somebody made a fake T-Pain page today saying nothing but ‘F Jay-Z’ and ‘F Fab’ and then Fab went in on me.”

JAY-Z may be leading a massive anti-Auto-Tune charge in hip-hop . . . but not everyone wants to stop Auto-Tuning it up. And now, there’s an app for that. (???)

–T-PAIN . . . who’s arguably the Godfather of the Auto-Tune phenomenon . . . has created an Auto-Tune application for the iPhone.

–It’s called “I Am T-Pain,” and it allows you to record your voice with the Auto-Tune effect, in real time. You can then create your own tracks and stream them on your Facebook or MySpace pages.

–The app was released over the weekend. It can be purchased at the iTunes store for $2.99. You can also purchase tracks to “sing” along to.

–T-Pain says, quote, “It’s actually the same software that I use in the studio, so if anybody actually wanted to be T-Pain, then there you go.
