CHRIS BROWN has unveiled the cover art for his album, “Graffiti”, which comes out on December 15th.

It features Chris in a futuristic space suit spray-painting the word “Graffiti,” while his other hand holds a guitar over his shoulder.

Everything is sleek . . . except for several colorful cartoon characters in the corner.

Producer Swizz Beatz says Chris Brown is “on fire” on his new single, a Lil Wayne collaboration called “Transformer.” Swizz says Chris feels that he has something to prove and he has done about 60 or 70 new songs. Swizz said to MTV, “I told him, ‘Listen, man, just stay focused on your music. They gonna throw shots at you. Time heals everything.’ He has great support; his mother is amazing.”

That’s certainly how it seems! Via his Twitter page (how else), Chris Brown has raised questions about whether or not he’s trying to get Rihanna back.

The first suspect tweet was the following: “sorry yall, just one of those days’ Links to a You Tube video with pictures of him and Rihanna in happier days with the lyrics to Changed Man playing.”

And then later, he posted: “MY HEART IS INCOMPLETE… the part that is complete is my love for fans, career, friends, family.. god. but im missing someone or something.”

Maybe you shouldn’t have tried to choke her then!? …..just a thought.

JAY-Z DISCUSSES BEEF WITH T-PAIN, HIS ATHLETIC ABILITY AND CLEARS UP CHRIS BROWN BET RUMORS

JERMAINE JACKSON said yesterday that CHRIS BROWN will indeed perform at the MICHAEL JACKSON tribute show he’s putting together in Vienna, Austria on the 26th of this month.

Jermaine had announced Brown’s involvement on Tuesday, but Chris’s rep quickly released a statement saying, quote, “Chris is not confirmed to perform or participate in any capacity for this show.”

Technically, that’s NOT a denial. And Jermaine is pouncing on that. He says, quote, “Chris Brown is working out some situations but he definitely expressed to us that he wants to be here and it’s just up to what he’s going through with his court case right now.

“But he’s definitely going to work that out and be here.”

Meanwhile, MARY J. BLIGE . . . another performer Jermaine announced on Tuesday . . . might be out, too.

An aide to Mary says that she’ll be in Italy on the 26th . . . and won’t be able to make it.

Meanwhile, the paparazzi caught up with Mary and her husband on Tuesday night and tried to ask her about it. She ignored the questions, and her husband acted like he had no idea what the guy was talking about.

In related news, one of the show’s organizers said yesterday that KATHERINE JACKSON does indeed support the concert, and she’ll be there with Michael’s kids.

It’s no wonder Chris Brown has been making apology videos and giving interviews to Larry King — he’s got an album to promote. The embattled singer revealed on Twitter over the holiday weekend he recently finished recording his third disc, Graffiti. Although Jive has not set an official release date yet, Brown writes, “Graffiti comin’ soon. Just finished it. Hands down my best album. That’s all I’m gonna give away right now.” He also shared that a track titled “Transformer” featuring Lil Wayne will be the disc’s lead single, and added, “Honestly I don’t think the game is ready for the records I got comin’ off the new album.” — Jamila Daniel

There is officially BEEF between CHRIS BROWN and OPRAH.

–And it began with the interview Chris did for the new issue of “People” magazine . . . which is on newsstands TODAY.

–Chris was apparently upset that Oprah did a show on abuse right after he assaulted RIHANNA.

–He told “People”, quote, “I commend Oprah on being like, ‘This is a problem,’ but it was a slap in my face. I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school.

–”She could have been more helpful, like, ‘Okay, I’m going to help both of these people out.’”

OPRAH FIRES BACK AT CHRIS BROWN!

Oprah’s response . . . quote, “Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs.”

A few weeks ago, a mysterious CHRIS BROWN track called “Changed Man” hit the Internet.

It included lyrics like: Quote, “I’m a changed man, because you mean that much to me. And I don’t want to be done . . . I’m doing all that I can, and everybody hates Chris. They can never understand.”

And “What do you do when the truth isn’t quite enough? They looking at you telling you that we need to break it up. You need to do what you do, it’s me and you in love . . . but I’mma make it up to you and show the world I’m a changed man.”

No one ever said whether the song was an apology to RIHANNA or if it was even written AFTER the assault took place last February. But now, we finally know the truth.

In the new issue of “People” magazine (hitting news stands tomorrow) Chris says that’s exactly what it was. And he even sent the song to Rihanna right after he recorded it.

Also in the interview, Chris says he accepts his sentence for the assault . . . although he doesn’t necessarily agree with being forced to stay away from Rihanna.

He says, quote, “The law is the law. I am relieved to put everything behind me. [The stay-away order] might have been a little harsh. [Rihanna] knows me, and I know her more than anybody. It’s hard.”

And Chris tells “People” that he doesn’t believe he has anger issues. But he’s looking forward to his court-ordered counseling anyway.

He says, quote, “I want to understand my feelings. I don’t think I’d get that mad again. I’d walk away [next time]. This has matured me.”
