LIL WAYNE TO GIVE UP THE SYRUP?
Lil’ Wayne heads to jail this week and it seems he’s been preparing for his time away on many different levels. For one, Illseed at AllHipHop reports that Weezy’s reportedly off the syrup – his special mix of prescription-strength cough syrup, codeine and promethazine [this is what promethazine is]. Weezy reportedly stopped drinking it so that he wouldn’t go through withdrawal behind bars. Probably a good move.
