Wanna-be celebrity PEREZ HILTON says he was assaulted by WILL.I.AM of the BLACK EYED PEAS last night.

This come from Perez’s own Twitter account, so please feel free to take this with a HUGE pinch of salt . . . since everything Perez does ultimately has one purpose, and one purpose only: publicity for Perez Hilton.

But around 12:30 AM Pacific Time last night, Perez ‘tweeted’ a series of messages alleging that Will.I.Am had assaulted him, and they went like this:

–”I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.”

–”I spoke to my lawyer. I really need to talk to the authorities. Please come to the SoHo Met Hotel. Have called the police. Need them here.”

–”Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.”

–”I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”

And the last message Perez posted before THAT was two hours before, about how to find a place to hang out and party that was, quote, “fun but be safe”. Guess that didn’t work out so well.

Anyway, no word on the reasoning behind the altercation, or why SOMEONE finally took the opportunity to shut Perez up. But we’ll let you know when we know.
